It also precisely works together with roofs madwith steel coils or other materials providing a lighting source to achievelow-emission and ecologic solution for industry buildings.

GEL COAT is a new product of FRP ( Fiberglass Reinforced Polyester) .it Uses physical and chemical methods to form Irregular spherical on the surface of FRP. The spherical shape  has a good reflective ability and good light transmittance.

Reflectance is about 30%-40%. Create a bright and comfortable indoor environment

FRP ORDERING GUIDE

1.Mould: TECHPLAST current FRP sheet has matched most of the color steel plates,and for your special requirement,only sheet-section is needed for design and production.

2.The width: it is up to different FRP sheet structure.

3.The length: no limited but with the consideration of transportations. Example: 5800mm, 11800mm

4.The thickness: 1.5mm FRP matches 0.47-0.6m color steel plate; 1.2mm FRP matches the color steel plate which is less than 0.47mm; FRP which are 1.0mm or less are suitable for nursery, greenhouse or double bottom sheet; The above -mentioned is only for reference.

5.Light transmittance: Among 30%-90%

6.Commonly used colors: Clear and light blue

7.Production lead time: 1200m for single line - 2 to 3days

8.MOQ: The least order amount is 100m considering the boot-strap cost ( some common panels in stock)
